Strategic Planner

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭: Lead Bangladesh is looking for a strategic planner, who will be the foundation of any creative project, and provide the team with information gleaned from studying markets for relevant data. The ability to think beyond a project is also important, as strategic planners must establish where any plan will take a client. Closely following a brief and exploring relevant material ensures a strategic planner knows both the client and the target market, inside out.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Strategic Planner (One)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Researching and gathering date to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives and competitor activities in the market
Conceptualizing ideas based on cohesive and intelligent plans through an understanding of audience psychology and intuitive decision-making
Discussing the client’s core message and target audience, and developing original ideas brainstorming with other members of the creative team
Presenting findings and pitching plans to the management, senior team members and clients
Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them
Reviewing progress and modifying strategies for improvement based on feedback until the client is satisfied
Working on multiple campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often on tight deadlines
Handling difficult situations with empathy, composure, and presence of mind
Ensuring team members meet the quality and timeline expectations

Requirements:

Strong conceptual thinking abilities with ability to align great ideas to achieve goals
Experience in working in a relevant role, preferably in agencies
Proficiency in using basic productivity and collaboration tools
Strong understanding of and curiosity about advertising, branding & digital media
Ability to produce quality work under pressure
Professionalism, integrity, commitment and dedication
Must be able to work to a tight deadline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

– Educational qualification may be relaxed for the experienced ones in the relevant field.

– Generic professional qualifications or industry-specific certifications are a plus

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:

– Full-time

– 6 Days in a week

– Work Hour: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

– 3 months probation period

– Office Location: House 08, Road 01, O. R. Nizam R/A, GEC, Chattogram.

𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

– Salary: (BDT 15k-20k) Negotiable
