Junior Planner

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭:

Lead Bangladesh is looking for a Junior Strategic planner. The ability to think beyond a project is also important, as strategic planners must establish where any plan will take a client. Closely following a brief and exploring relevant material ensures a strategic planner knows both the client and the target market, inside out.

Ultimately, you will help our company adapt to changes and grow.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Junior Planner (One)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Coming up with achieving goals and strategies and pitching ideas to Digital Marketing .
Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission.
Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy.
Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
Construct forecasts and analytical models.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of the social media landscape
Must be hardworking, organized, and have an attention to detail
Must be able to work to a tight deadline
Must have passion and enthusiasm for the role and wider business
Excellence at google sheet.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

– Educational qualification may be relaxed for the experienced ones in the relevant field.

– Generic professional qualifications or industry-specific certifications are a plus

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:

– Full-time

– 6 Days in a week

– Work Hour: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

– 3 months probation period

– Office Location: House 08, Road 01, O. R. Nizam R/A, GEC, Chattogram.
